Hi all,

Using openSUSE 11.0 on an x86_64 box.

I've just installed the version 1.00 open source driver for my X-Fi
Titanium and I do indeed now have sound.

However, I cannot get the rear speakers to work in my 5.1 setup. The
front, sub and side speakers work fine.

The gnome volume control app shows no separate volume control for
individual speakers. Am I missing something or is the 5.1 setup not yet
supported in the Linux drivers?

TIA for any assistance,
--
Rob

Others have the same problem.

Best regards,
