I have restored my email from thunderbird backup. Now I need help with
restoring the address book.
When I did the backup, I copied the entire contents of the
"4h7sc2n1.default" directory. How can I restore the address book from
the previous backup to my current setup?
Thank you in advance for any help.

The address book is contained in that directory you backed up. Either
restore that entire directory, or the file "abook.mab" is probably what
you need. It's in there.
