Hi.
Problem is that the date and time on my RedHat with samba 2 is correct
when i do the date command from the consol.
When i access on of the shares in smb.conf from a windows pc and create
a txt file and save it, the creation time is wrong from both the linux
pc and the windows pc?

I have looked in smb.conf but cant find any references to time except
syncing with a time server.
I would rather not use a time server to sync it.

How much wrong?

If it's got the minutes about right but the hours wron I'd look into what
timezones the machines think they are in.
