Where can I obtain mirrors of the debian source code files via rsync ?

I do not want the binary images, just the source code files.

I require the source code for all packages from both the stable
release and the latest unstable sources.

I did take a Debian mirror before from ftp.uk.debian.org, but the
files all appeared to be binary.

Which directory should I be mirroring ?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
